Most popular products are in stock for immediate shipment, 1-3 working days after receipt of your order.

All shipments are F.O.B. our plant Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We are happy to quote freight prepaid to your location. We can also ship collect using the carrier of your choice. If you are located outside Canada and the United States, we can quote freight prepaid to the port most convenient for you.

Freight rates for many of our products depend on the space that they occupy. Dimensions as well as weights are provided in our product specifications. Use these dimensions in order to get an accurate rate from your carrier.

All Canada-US border crossing details and expenses including any applicable duties are taken care of by M&B MAG LTD. and are included in our pricing. Our pricing does not include any of your local taxes that may be payable. (Canadian customers: GST, HST and PST are not included in our pricing and are extra).

We normally require prepayment on first orders by new customers and customers who have not ordered within the past two years.

All pricing is in $US for our customers from the US and elsewhere. Pricing is in $CDN for our Canadian customers.

Please keep in mind that we are not a retail operation and do not accept credit cards, i.e. MC, VISA, AMEX, etc. Bank electronic fund transfer and company cheque are the most popular method of payment.
